Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept product returns within [14/30] days after receiving the order, as long as the item is:

  • In perfect condition

  • Unused and without signs of wear

  • In its original packaging (when applicable)

  • With all accessories, tags, and manuals included

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns of the following items:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Intimate, hygiene, or personal-use items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Send an email to stridorashop@gmail.com including:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Please wait for instructions from our team before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are:

  • The customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send an email notification.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 15 business days.

Please note:

  • Bank processing times may vary.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our store’s error).

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Different sizes

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first to confirm availability.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrived damaged or defective:

Send us an email within 15 days with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then request a return.
